A Medical Herbalist - Laura Evans  


Laura Evans is a Medical Herbalist, a member of the National Institute of Medical Herbalists and of The College of Practitioners of Phytotherapy, who has a practice at Stokenteignhead.

Throughout their evolution, plants have developed powerful medicinal properties which have restored health and wellbeing for thousands of years. At Higher Nurture we value this wisdom and expansive potential to heal modern ills by reconnecting people with nature’s vitality.

Founded in ancient tradition, and proven by modern science, plant medicine has evolved through millennia to harness the healing power of nature. Higher Nurture honours and combines these therapeutic properties that work profoundly, yet holistically to bring balance to the human body.

Gertrude Jekyll

With David Usher who has had a 50 years career in Horticulture, 21 years at Hestercombe, 18 of these as Head Gardener. Hestercombe is a signature garden designed by Gertrude Jekyll the renowned Edwardian garden designer whose style epitomes the Arts and Crafts movement. The picture comes from Jekyll's rose walk at Hestercombe.
